If something is wrong, we'll make it right
Your order should arrive complete and intact. If it doesn't, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.
Damaged, incorrect, or lost orders
If an item arrives damaged, you received the wrong product, or a confirmed-paid order never arrives, email [email protected]with your order number (and a photo, for damage). We'll replace it or issue a refund.
How refunds are issued
Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, refunds are sent manually back to your wallet in the same currency. We'll confirm the amount and address with you before sending.
Cancellations & what isn't covered
An order can be canceled for a full refund any time before it ships. As research chemicals, opened or used products can't be returned for resale.
